Position Overview:

The Director of Growth Marketing will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to set the overall marketing strategy, manage budgets, and execute high-impact campaigns that drive revenue growth.This individual will oversee the development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, website optimization, and multi-channel outreach, to engage target accounts and nurture leads through the funnel. Success in this role will require a data-driven mindset, creativity, and deep expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS or health tech space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Demand Generation:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

    • Develop and refine user personas to better understand the goals, motivations, and pain points of key customer segments. Use these personas to prioritize and tailor messaging, and guide content creation.

    • Leverage persona-driven insights to customize marketing campaigns and deliver personalized experiences across channels

    • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, digital, social, events, and content syndication to generate qualified pipeline.

    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

    • Design and implement ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers, influencers.

    • Develop personalized, account-specific content and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

    • Work closely with Sales to identify target accounts, align on goals, and track ROI.

  • Website & Digital Strategy:

    • Oversee website strategy and optimization to improve lead capture, user experience, and conversion rates.

    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and retargeting, to maximize visibility and performance.

    • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and improve performance metrics.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Partner with the CMO to develop and refine the growth marketing plan, manage the marketing budget, and measure and report on campaign performance and pipeline metrics.

    • Lead a growing team of marketing professionals, fostering a solutions-oriented culture of innovation, collaboration, A+ effort, and accountability.

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across campaigns.

    • Partner with external agencies and vendors to expand reach and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and ABM, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or clinical trial technology.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Deep expertise working in Hubspot and experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences.

  • Experience managing website strategy, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies and optimize performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
