Position Overview

The HR Generalist is a full-time role located in RTP, NC. This individual will play a key role in supporting TruTechnologies’ continued growth by managing and executing core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities will be broad and dynamic, spanning recruiting and talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance processes, and HR operations.

This role works closely with leaders and employees across the organization to ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace. The HR Generalist will partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts, help attract and hire top talent, and ensure a strong candidate experience. This role will report to the VP, Human Resources and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers alike.

Ideal candidates are people-focused, highly organized, able to handle sensitive information with discretion, and eager to help build strong HR foundations while supporting the company’s hiring and growth in a growing technology company.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and processes

  • Manage and support full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring process

  • Coordinate and administer benefits programs, leaves of absence, and payroll-related activities in partnership with external vendors

  • Coordinate payroll updates and changes with an outsourced Accounting firm

  • Support performance management, feedback, and employee development processes

  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with employment laws and company values

  • Partner with managers to support employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and systems

  • Contribute to people-focused initiatives related to well-being, inclusion, and accessibility

  • Report directly to the VP, Human Resources and collaborate cross-functionally

What You’ll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

  • Interest in building people programs and supporting organizational growth

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred)

  • 3- 5 years of experience for a SaaS technology company
