Position Overview:

TruTechnologies is seeking an entry-level QC (Quality Control) Analyst to help ensure the highest level of quality in our mobile and web applications. This individual will be a key contributor to our QC team. This is a unique opportunity to become immersed in software development and testing at an early-stage startup with experienced leadership and significant market traction.

Primary responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, finding and documenting issues, and managing issue resolution across all customer deployments. The right individual has a strong sense of ownership and accountability, is detail-oriented and organized, is responsive to deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable with mobile and web applications and have an interest in QC testing. Experience with reading scientific documents such as study protocols and lab manuals is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Create testing steps and maintain test plans for mobile and web applications

• Execute test plans and QC tests across multiple clients and study deployments

• Document issues in our issue management system and work with our App Solutions and Project teams on resolving discrepancies

• Maintain test plan documents and regulatory documentation for client deployments

• Work with clinical trial study documents such as lab manuals and study protocols

• Additional QC-related initiatives and projects relevant to a company of our stage

What You’ll Need:

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to be proactive in resolving issues

• Bachelor’s degree - no particular major is required, nor is a background in QC or technology
