Position Overview:

The Devices Manager position is a full-time role located in RTP, NC. This individual will be a driving force in helping us grow our company and ensure successful implementations with our clients. Responsibilities will be broad and dynamic and include overseeing all aspects of the TruTech device function for both domestic and international clients, including setup, quality control, inventory management, budgeting and procurement, management of external providers, and troubleshooting. This individual will work closely with the TruTech Quality and Product teams, and may have additional product or QA-related responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have a passion for service to clients, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and possess excellent organization and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive device deployment for TruTech clients, domestic and international
  • Oversee all aspects of devices, including setup, quality control, and procurement
  • Manage and track device inventory, including forecasting of device needs
  • Manage the MDM (mobile device management) softwares we utilize and own the MDM vendor relationships
  • Work closely with TruTech clients as needed to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
  • Perform other QA or product-related tasks as needed
