What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop is seeking a high-impact, execution-oriented Strategic Communications Analyst to serve as a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO. As we move through an accelerated growth phase, this role is critical in bridging the gap between high-level leadership vision and organizational operational success.
This role is responsible for the design and execution of the CEO’s communication strategy and corporate operating cadence. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will build and launch the frameworks, from company-wide meetings to executive logistics, that ensure strategic alignment across the organization. You will own the ongoing optimization of these workstreams, ensuring the Executive Office scales efficiently alongside the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Executive Narrative & Content Design
- Architect Engagement Models: Design and execute the CEO’s internal engagement frameworks, ranging from asynchronous updates (memos, chats) to high-impact sessions (AMAs, Town Halls)
- Define & Synthesize Voice: Translate the CEO’s vision into a clear, differentiated narrative that addresses organizational priorities and resonates cross-functionally
- Corporate Cadence & Execution
- Execute the "Path to Meeting": Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide events, managing content development, logistics, and cross-functional feasibility
- Strategic Briefing & Synthesis: Partner with the CoS to develop data-driven decks and briefing materials that ensure leadership initiatives are synchronized and scalable across the business
- Logistics & Operationalization
- Manage Executive Velocity: Serve as the primary architect for the CEO’s logistical needs, managing complex calendar architecture and travel to ensure frictionless execution
- Operationalize the Executive Office: Integrate the CEO’s daily flow with Finance and Ops to ensure calendar and travel models are fully optimized and integrated into the business rhythm
- Performance Optimization: Monitor communication and cadence effectiveness, using feedback to identify opportunities for heightened leadership visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven Impact: Demonstrate a track record of success in Business Operations, Communications, or Executive Support within high-velocity, growth-oriented environments
- Strategic Execution: Ability to architect operational realities from high-level leadership vision through rigorous scoping and implementation
- Synchronized Collaboration: Partner across departments to identify strategic alignment and maintain execution velocity for critical initiatives
- First-Principles Problem Solving: Proactively identify organizational friction and build bespoke logistical frameworks for the Executive Office
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
- Applies critical thinking and balanced judgment to solve problems and drive confident decisions
- Must demonstrate proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation
