What Nonstop is Looking For:

Nonstop is seeking a Client Executive who is knowledgeable of the healthcare industry, intuitive to customer needs, and understands benefit plan complexities from an employer, broker, and employee perspective to drive relevant group healthcare change.

The desired deliverable would be ever-evolving client and broker relationship building based on a robust understanding of our client's needs and concerns. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Successfully renew contracts for all assigned channel clients
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships between our clients and brokers
  • Educate our client base (brokers and clients) on the Nonstop Health product
  • Demonstrate expertise with both fully-insured and self-funded plan designs
  • Review renewal and marketing (RFP) results and produce client-facing presentations (analytical comparisons)
  • Maintain renewal project workflow by successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners (internally and externally)
  • Retain and cultivate a profitable book of business by owning the renewal process
  • Provide timely updates to brokers and clients regarding upcoming initiatives, deadlines, topics of interest, and contracts/renewal packages
  • Provide support and guidance on a variety of healthcare requirements and regulations
  • Work with sales executives, implementation, and leadership to support the development of growth strategies
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in medical benefits/health insurance, account management, or broker relationship management
  • Licensed with the DOI to sell Accident and Health & Life Group Health Insurance required
  • Experience developing strong broker and client partnerships
  • Demonstrates adaptability and composure in a frequently changing environment
  • Must have an analytical mindset with impressive attention to detail
  • Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to work on a team, independently, and collaborate remotely
  • Experience effectively collaborating with various teams and individuals at every level of an organization
  • Excellent presentation, listening skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to great customer service
  • Experience working with Google Suite
  • Experience working with a Macbook
  • Must be able to work independently and remotely in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet is required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Applies critical thinking and balanced judgment to solve problems and drive confident decisions
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Atlassian systems preferred
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation
