What Nonstop is Looking For:

Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to partner with our HR team and organizational leaders. In this role, you will provide employee relations support, coach managers, assist with recruitment, manage HR operational tasks, and deliver employee development training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You are eager to learn, grow, and influence managers, bringing resilience, determination, and grit to every HR initiative.

Primary Responsibilities:

Employee Relations, Coaching & Training

  • Take a proactive approach to coaching, providing managers with guidance on performance, engagement, and day-to-day employee issues
  • Apply sound judgment to assess complex situations and provide sound recommendations to managers
  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for employees and managers on topics such as performance management, compliance, leadership development, and company policies

Recruitment Support

  • Identify organizational development needs and collaborate with management to align talent strategies with business objectives
  • Support recruitment by developing job descriptions, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and position requirements

HR Operational Support

  • Maintain and update HR systems, records, and reports
  • Support HR initiatives, programs, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with benefits administration and policy communication

Investigations

  • Participate in fact-finding and documentation for employee investigations under the guidance of HR leadership
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations, recruitment and training
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates effective and active listening, values HR as a strategic partner, and provides guidance through a business-minded approach with heart
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience preferred
  • Applies critical thinking and balanced judgment to solve problems and drive confident decisions
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation
