What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly driven and resourceful Senior Manager, Analyst to join our team. This position requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring a structured problem-solving approach, strategic mindset, and the ability to work with ambiguity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply structured analysis to complex business and technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational and strategic improvement
- Develop frameworks and models to support decision-making processes
- Translate abstract or ambiguous ideas into actionable strategies
- Lead initiatives that require coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
- Support strategic planning and special projects as needed
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities in ongoing initiative
- Drive alignment and clarity in high-stakes or high-visibility projects
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or analytical discipline preferred (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business)
- 7+ years of experience in a role involving analytical or strategic responsibilities
- Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to distill complex information into simple insights
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite and project management systems; exposure to databases or technical systems is a plus
- Management or team leadership experience
- Experience in technology, operations, strategy, or product environments
- Systems-thinking approach with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Remote position involves regular collaboration across departments via video conferencing, phone, email and messaging platforms
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and consistent use of a computer and other standard office equipment
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, trainings, and/or company events
