What Nonstop is Looking For:

Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO in leading strategic initiatives and driving a culture of accountability and performance across the organization. This high-impact role blends strategy, operations, project management, and leadership to ensure clarity, speed, and alignment at all levels. As an extension of the CEO, you will help shape long-term strategy while ensuring disciplined execution. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Run point on critical forums, including board meetings, sales pipeline reviews, product councils, and monthly operating reviews
  • Drive operational excellence and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead and execute key strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment, communication, and accountability
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results across teams
Requirements

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy development and execution
  • 2+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
  • Proven success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently, with access to reliable high speed internet in a remote, distraction-free workspace

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Remote position involves regular collaboration across departments via video conferencing, phone, email and messaging platforms
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting and consistent use of a computer and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to travel may be required for in person meetings, training, or company events

  • Pay Rate or Salary Range $120,000-$170,000
