What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services is on the lookout for a full-time, highly organized, and technically proficient Eligibility Analyst. The individual in this role will be responsible for accurately entering coverage information into Nonstop’s proprietary enrollment platform and ensuring its successful transmission to all downstream systems.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review inbound eligibility information from various sources, including but not limited to:
- Direct client entry into our online eligibility portal, Eligibility Census templates submitted by clients (and brokers), Reports for recurring import of eligibility updates, and reports generated by the eligibility portal after loading recurring data.
- Assist with in-house reconciliation of inbound data during annual Open Enrollment and New Client Onboarding
- Review and post outbound eligibility data to various sources. Including:
- carrier portals and 834 file discrepancy reports.
- Interact with brokers and clients.
Service Delivery Expectations
- Protects operations by keeping client information confidential.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance.
- Demonstrate a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure client satisfaction and to support clients and members.
- Respond to requests from all clients, members, and carriers within a 24-hour time frame.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Requires a minimum of two years of experience in group health insurance administration, with a focus on carrier enrollment.
- Preferred candidates will also have experience reconciling monthly carrier invoices against client records.
- Must have at least one year of experience in customer service or in an office, call center, or phone support environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting and demonstrate adaptability in a frequently changing environment.
- The role requires the ability to work remotely in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
- Candidates must be capable of composing professional written correspondence free of grammatical errors.
- Advanced problem-solving and communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly explain complex issues to clients and brokers.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite is necessary, along with familiarity using technology, computers, and online services.
- Must be able to remain focused and productive in a role that may include repetitive tasks.
- The ability to multitask while managing multiple products and varying benefit levels is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong self-review practices, are expected.
- Candidates must be task-oriented, well-organized, and capable of prioritizing workload effectively.
- Experience using a MacBook is required. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Teamwork Desk is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
- Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms, including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
- Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
- Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen
