Who We’re Looking For

​Vantage Point Logistics (VPL) is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Pharmacy Workflow Specialist to join our innovative team. This role combines deep expertise in sales enablement with hands-on pharmacy operations workflow knowledge to support our growing customer base and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a technical and product expert with a customer-focused approach and a sales-driven mindset. You will work closely with Business Development, Customer Success, Product Management, Development, Operations, and Marketing to demonstrate how VPL’s products meet the unique needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement and Support:

o Analyze and understand prospects' pharmacy operations to provide a unique perspective and informed guidance on logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.

o Deliver world-class customer service and problem resolution skills at new and existing client sites.

o Cultivate positive customer relationships by responding to inquiries in a collaborative, supportive, and professional manner.

Solutions Engineering:

o Act as a solutions engineer, demonstrating how VPL’s products meet customer needs during the sales and implementation processes.

o Partner closely with the Business Development team to travel to prospect pharmacies and showcase product capabilities.

Collaboration and Internal Advocacy:

o Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Development, Customer Success, and Marketing, to communicate customer and market requirements.

o Contribute to the internal development of enablement tools, resources, and materials to support sales and customer success initiatives.

Operational Expertise:

o Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience with pharmacy operations and workflows.

o Identify and adapt to innovative problem-solving strategies, showcasing a consultative and strategic approach to customer challenges.

· Proven experience in pharmacy operations workflows or related fields, with a strong understanding of industry tools and systems.

· Innovative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt on the fly.

· Strong collaboration skills, partnering effectively with sales, implementation, and cross-functional teams.

· Solutions engineering expertise with a sales-driven mindset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and customer focus.

· Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

· Prior experience in sales enablement, customer success, or a related role is preferred.

· Familiarity with high volume conveyer based mail order and specialty pharmacy automation systems in addition to familiarity high volume pharmacy and infusion dispensing systems such as Epic, CareTend, and Pioneer.
