We are growing rapidly and are seeking a driven, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our footprint within enterprise healthcare organizations. What You’ll Do

As a Professional Market BDR, you will play a critical role in generating strategic pipeline within health systems, specialty groups, and large clinical organizations. You will partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify opportunities aligned with workforce development and continuing education priorities.

Pipeline Generation & Strategic Outreach
  • Own outbound prospecting into named accounts across health systems, specialty physician groups, and enterprise clinical organizations
  • Execute high-quality outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and structured multi-touch sequences
  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders such as Chief Medical Officers, Chief CRNA Officers, department chairs, workforce development leaders, clinical education directors, HR/talent leaders, and service line executives
  • Develop targeted messaging aligned to strategic health system priorities, including workforce optimization, continuing education and upskilling initiatives, clinician competency tracking, quality improvement efforts, talent recruitment strategy, and retention of high-performing clinical teams
  • Build multi-threaded engagement strategies within complex enterprise accounts
Sales Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and advance enterprise pipeline
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities based on defined criteria
  • Ensure seamless handoff of discovery insights, stakeholder mapping, and account context
  • Participate in territory strategy, pipeline reviews, and account planning sessions
  • Contribute insights from the field to help refine messaging and positioning within the Professional Market
CRM & Process Excellence
  • Maintain accurate account hierarchies and contact records in Salesforce
  • Log all activity consistently and uphold strong CRM hygiene standards
  • Track KPIs including activity metrics, meetings booked, and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Continuously refine outreach workflows and messaging based on performance data
Product & Market Expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of TrueLearn’s continuing education and workforce solutions
  • Stay informed on trends in clinician workforce shortages, recruitment challenges, retention strategies, competency management, accreditation standards, and quality initiatives
  • Participate in product training and demo certification as assigned
  • Deliver introductory discovery calls or platform overviews when appropriate
  • What We’re Looking ForRequired
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience preferred (SaaS or outbound-focused role)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable engaging senior healthcare stakeholders
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

    • Experience in Healthcare SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, or Workforce Technology
    • Experience selling into health systems or enterprise healthcare organizations
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
