Role & Responsibilities
Offer thoughtful solutions, help drive strategy and provide creative input to advance our brand.
Responsibilities include:
■ advertisements, signage, booth design, swag, etc.
○ Run events from start to finish: determine best approach for desired outcomes and implement
■ event pages, invitations, and mailing lists
■ social media promotion strategy for both company pages and True attendees / hosts
■ coordination with event speakers, co-hosts, etc.
■ in-person event coordination including venue, catering, etc. research and management
■ event follow up: specialized collateral, email, etc.
○ Research event, sponsorship and speaking opportunities for key areas / leaders of the business
○ Support True-sponsored events and webinars for internal and external audiences

- Global Events & Sponsorships: webinars, virtual and in-person events

○ Run events from start to finish: determine best approach for desired outcomes and implement

■ social media promotion strategy for both company pages and True attendees / hosts
■ coordination with event speakers, co-hosts, etc.

○ Research event, sponsorship and speaking opportunities for key areas / leaders of the business
○ Support True-sponsored events and webinars for internal and external audiences
- Set strategy and drive engagement of True Search and True at Work LI pages
- Create content and own execution with support of broader Marcomm team
- Implementation of most recent best practices, new features, etc
- Manage paid post and/or ad campaigns
- Assist leadership with tailored LI content plans as requested
- Act as LI resource for search teams and maintain best practices guide
- Analytics and reporting
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment marketing materials
- Manage Match / CSR program
- Hubspot knowledge and execution (Talent Partner surveys, select thought leadership distribution, event invitations, etc.)
- Coverage for various projects during Marcomm team absences including brand and website support and collateral creation across all business units
- Adapts and responds to change quickly and with a positive attitude
- Able to evaluate situations through reasoning to inform decisions; quickly synthesizes complex information in real time and adjust approach as necessary
- Can quickly establish credibility with a diverse, senior level team; able to clearly and concisely share information and complex concepts verbally and in writing
