About The Role
We are looking for an Operations & Client Services Manager. The Operations & Client Services Manager will report to our Head of Operations. In this role, they will play a key part in supporting our sales operations, account management efforts and overall client experience.

About The Role
We are looking for an Operations & Client Services Manager. The Operations & Client Services Manager will report to our Head of Operations. In this role, they will play a key part in supporting our sales operations, account management efforts and overall client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Implement the account management strategy by maintaining client records, preparing client insights, and identifying account activities
- Provide research, data, and administrative support to identify and follow up on business development opportunities
- Collaborate with Managing Directors and Partners to enhance sales efficiency through streamlined processes, data analysis, and proactive support
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize sales workflows and improve team performance
- Support Industry Practices by developing a comprehensive library of industry trends, top logos for each practice area, and maintaining concise practice overview documents
- Conduct regular customer calls to ensure ongoing satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain strong client relationships. Use gathered data to identify trends, generate insights, and take actionable steps to enhance client engagement
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or related areas
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools to support sales operations
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure effective execution
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and embrace change as the role evolves
- Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficient with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data manipulation
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Proven ability to engage and establish credibility with senior-level executives
- Excellent writing, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure and collaborate to solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree
