About The Role

We are seeking a highly self motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance Associate - Planning & Analysis. In this critical role, you will play an instrumental part in the reporting and analysis function of our business. Your work will be essential as the building blocks that provide invaluable insights and analytics that will drive our business forward. what you’ll do

• Be the primary owner of inputs and outputs into our Workday (Adaptive) forecasting tool, both ensuring accuracy of data loads along with continuing to innovate the reporting and analysis of our forecasting
• Maintain and report on cash flow reporting back to our CFO. Ensure actual expenditure is appropriately recorded and extend out forecasting for both short and medium term planning
• Own the budget setting and reporting from our expense management system (Brex). Ensure budgets are set on a timely basis, extensions are granted and then provide analysis and key insights to finance leadership for further analysis
• Create insights and utilize our BI tool (Domo) for additional real-time reporting for the executive team. Ensure finance cards are accurate and updated on a timely basis.Pull data from various sources with ability to consolidate and drive insights to be consumed by senior management
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges our business faces and utilize data-driven insights to facilitate effective decision-making
• Distill analytical concepts into clear and concise presentations, enabling a larger audience to grasp and leverage key information
• Collaborate across both the finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless efficiencies and avoid duplication of work
  
  
  

who you are

• 3+ years experience in corporate finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and dig into details while maintaining a big picture outlook
• Attentive listener with strong oral and written communication skills, both proactive and reactive
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner
• Excellent collaborator: desire to work and support colleagues across the platform and regions
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools, including Domo, Excel, and other relevant applications
• Experience using Adaptive Insights (Workday) is preferred but not a requirement
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
