Our growth and success are a by-product of our values—treating people right, listening to new ideas and keeping culture at the heart of our business.As a Data Analytics Writer, you will play a vital role in identifying and translating executive talent data and analytics concepts into clear and compelling visual and written content that educates and engages our target audiences.As part of the True marketing and communications team, you will collaborate closely with True’s analytics & data science team, and subject matter experts from across the True platform to gather insights and transform them into well-written infographics, articles, blog posts, social media content, white papers, case studies, and other materials.The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of data analytics concepts, familiarity with pulling and manipulating data, excellent writing skills, creativity and the ability to identify relevant, interesting content and simplify technical information for a non-technical audience.what you'll do
- Collaborate with the True marketing and communications team, True’s analytics & data science team, and True subject matter experts to understand complex data analytics concepts, methodologies, and findings
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively communicates data analytics and talent industry concepts and insights to a non-technical audience
- Bridge the gap between True’s analytics & data science team and the marketing & communications team, and continually pitch data analytics stories to strengthen business development materials, True thought leadership, and more
- Assist the creation and development of a variety of written materials, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, and data-driven reports
- Collaborate with the marketing brand team to enhance written content with infographics, design, charts and other visuals.
- Maintain a consistent style and tone of voice across all written materials, adhering to True’s brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs
- Edit and proofread written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to editorial guidelines
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts to refine and improve content quality
- Stay informed about the target audience's preferences, needs, and challenges to create content that resonates with them
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and reach
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics or a related field. A background in data analytics is a plus
- Proven experience as a writer, content creator, or similar role, with a focus on data analytics or related topics
- Knowledge and understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, data visualization techniques and tools, and familiarity with pulling and manipulating data.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a non-technical audience
- Proficiency in research and gathering information from various sources to create well-informed content
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles
- Creativity and a point of view and passion for data visualization and data-driven storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
