What Should You Expect?

Responsibilities

  • Executes the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract administration, changes, terminations, and offboarding.
  • Administer human resources operational processes, including employee benefits administration, employment records, and data management
  • Create and revise human resources operational processes to align with labor laws, internal policies, and business needs
  • Maintain and update employee records, human resources systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on human resources policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Partner with HRIS teams to implement or optimize systems (e.g., Workday, Charisma), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Advise employee relations matters promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Partner cross-functionally with the broader Talent & Culture teams and Finance to ensure compliance and alignment on HR-related matters
  • Act as a key contributor during internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and practices meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Stay current with Romanian labor laws, EU regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Support organizational growth, reorganizations, and post-merger integration, including harmonizing human resources policies, and systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve human resources processes, drive efficiency, and enhance the employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 5–7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on operational HR execution
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS systems (Workday, Charisma, or equivalent) and confident working with data/reporting
  • Proven track record supporting managers and employees with employee relations, performance management, and HR guidance
  • Experience with audits, compliance, and HR documentation management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting HR during organizational change, reorganization, or integration is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and initiatives with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
