Logistics Specialist II

Reports to: Director, Services Solutions

Department: Services Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for being liaison between Suvoda’s internal teams to ensure that Delivery Teams are properly supported.
• Assist with issues that sites might encounter and assist in retrieving devices and shipping new ones out.
• Follows established SOPs and work instructions and strives towards continuous improvement.
• Works with Suvoda’s third party vendors to verify shipments and order needed supplies.
• Learn MDM and support Mobile Device Management Team.
• Updates inventory records and maintains acceptable inventory levels of key supplies.
• Ensures shipping documentation is prepared and supplied to couriers, as well as confirming necessary documentation for international shipments.
• Responsible for tracking packages to ensure proper delivery as well as return.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Logistics role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with international shipping
• High attention to detail.
• Must possess good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems is a plus.

Experience:

• At least two years’ experience in logistics or customer service
