As a Talent & Culture Generalist, you’ll be part of a global team, working together to ensure, attract and retain the best talent, preserve our culture, and help individuals grow!

This role will include tasks such as new hire onboarding, contracting, , terminations, employee requests, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers Human Resource policies and programs, while balancing employee advocacy and business operations needs;
  • Ensures compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations;
  • Handles employee paperwork in accordance with local legislation;
  • Provides comprehensive HR support for Suvoda employees for any questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits;
  • Assists in maintaining employee records in the company’s human resource information systems;
  • Runs frequent audits of the HR systems to ensure that data is accurate;
  • Identifies and recommends ways to improve the efficiency of the department and services performed;
  • Continues growth and development in the Human Resources Industries by staying up to date on practices, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field is preferred);
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience (Romanian labor law only);
  • Experience working with local HR management systems (Revisal, Carisma, Smartree etc.);
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
  • Ability and willingness to learn new things and take on new projects;
