Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Wire Support: Upload press releases, track translations, and pull reports as needed.
  • Approval Coordination: Manage approval processes for marketing materials and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Quality Check Content: Periodically check content for broken links and other issues.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media channels, including finding images and sourcing ideas for posts.
  • Assist in preparing award submissions and managing award entries.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events (trade shows, roadshow, advisory boards), including venue and catering booking, sending assets to organizers, tracking expenses, and managing event schedules.
  • Assist in basic design projects and updating design templates.
  • Support product marketing team with various tasks such as updating sales decks and managing product brochures.
  • Assist with monthly email database reviews and various reports uploads
  • Assist in updating company stats, assembling metric reports, and reviewing lead and contact acquisition fields.
  • Coordinate with vendors for video production, podcasts, presentation training, wire services, and commercials.
  • Assist with maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous work experience in marketing is a plus.
