We are open to Mid-level candidates for this position.
This person will be responsible for processing the entire cycle of payroll while ensuring a consistent and accurate flow of information and maintenance of employee data. Our ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service to our internal teams, and be able to exercise extreme discretion in their daily tasks. Finally, they will be a strong communicator with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Process the entire cycle of payroll including capturing new employees, leaves, terminations and the check and authorization of claims
- Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and other claims
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure that employee changes are entered correctly, made on a timely basis, and reviewed for proper authorization
- Process employee payroll queries in a timely manner
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot discrepancies within individual employee records
- Understands company policies and tax legislation that impact remuneration
- Communicate payroll changes to the TC&E Manager and Finance team in a timely manner
- Show a high level of customer service and the ability to interact with different internal teams
- On occasion, acts as a backup for various HR administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Experience using payroll systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Strong alignment with Suvoda’s core values
