About the Centers
The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals in our community, especially those with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. In 2026, the Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC), a behavioral health crisis center, including a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit, to serve individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use-related crises. The GRC will serve as Cuyahoga County’s first 24/7, walk-in behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center, offering people in crisis a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets while providing symptom stabilization, connection to community resources and facilitating reintegration into the community.
Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse located at the new Glick Recovery Campus, a behavioral health crisis center, which will begin onboarding staff in July 2026 and open in September. Provide high-quality healthcare to individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies.
Your Clinical Role:
Deliver assessment, treatment, coordination, and education to patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced crisis setting. Function as a key clinical team member providing holistic, patient-centered care and those participating in withdrawal management and stabilization units
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care: triage, assessments, care coordination
  • Utilize nursing process per Ohio's Nurse Practice Act
  • Administer treatments and medications per provider orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
  • Document accurately in electronic medical record
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license
  • 1+ years clinical nursing experience
  • BLS certification, at least 2 weeks prior to start

  • Flexibility to support clients in each phase of the behavioral health crisis center continuum (this should be reiterated that they will float to areas /units of need)

Schedule Availability
To support this new service launch, all shifts are currently available, including:

  • 12 Hour Shifts
  • Day shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities

Days 12 Hours (7am - 7:30pm)
Nights 12 Hours (7pm - 7:30am)
