Job Description


Overview

A Drug Treatment Facility in Comfort, Texas, is hiring dedicated Registered Nurses to provide clinical oversight and therapeutic support to adults in recovery. RNs will ensure safe detox management and compassionate care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for detox patients.

  • Administer medications, track progress, and update treatment teams.

  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to withdrawal management protocols.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.


Qualifications


  • Active Texas RN license (unencumbered).

  • Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.

  • Minimum one year of nursing experience (behavioral health, psych, or med-surg).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $38–$45 per hour, DOE.
