Full Job Description

Position: Bachelor’s Level Direct Care Staff

Location: Hampton, SC.

Job Type: Full-time contractors

Pay Range: $20-25.00/hr. for face-to-face Behavior Support

$25hr for Crisis Management

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a program that is primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college and experience working with the population we serve preferred.

Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) are community-based services for at-risk youth which include: (Behavioral Health Screening, Diagnostic Assessment Services, Therapy/Counseling Services and Service Plan Development). WDFS received accolades Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. These are medical or remedial services that have been recommended by a physician for maximum reduction of physical or mental disability and restoration of a beneficiary to their best possible functional level.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral modification intervention to children and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral disturbances.
  • In-school, after-school/evening, home & community-based service interventions.
  • Family Support Services designed to assist families to develop strategies for coping more effectively with problems resulting from behavioral health issues.
  • Independent Living Skills - basic living, problem-solving, and social skill building.
