Community Liaison – Full Time
Location: Monroe, LA (Louisiana Behavioral Health Services of SUN Behavioral Health)

Louisiana Behavioral Health Services delivers community‑based mental health support to children, adolescents, adults, and families across the state. We provide counseling, crisis intervention, skills training, and rehabilitative services designed to promote stability and well‑being.

We are hiring a Community Liaison to support outreach and referral relationships in Monroe, Farmerville, Ferriday, Lake Providence, Tallulah and Winnsboro.

About the Role

The Community Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, and representing Louisiana Behavioral Health Services within the community. This role supports new and existing programs and collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective outreach and growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and assist in creating business development plans
  • Support annual marketing initiatives and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community leaders, physicians, and other partners
  • Represent Louisiana Behavioral Health Services professionally in meetings, community events, and outreach activities
  • Monitor effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal departments on new initiatives
  • Maintain organized and timely documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Required: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

  • Required: 1–2 years in healthcare or related field
  • Preferred: Business development or marketing experience in behavioral health
  • Education may be substituted for experience
