Are you passionate about helping children grow and thrive? We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 1:1 support to children with autism and other developmental differences, using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Do:
✨ Work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
✨ Use positive strategies to support communication, social skills, and daily living goals
✨ Collect accurate behavior data to track progress and celebrate wins
✨ Create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for your clients
✨ Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
✨ Receive ongoing training and supervision to grow your skillset
✨Maintain client confidentiality and documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Certified RBTs are highly encouraged to apply
✅ Candidates with ABA experience or experience working with children are welcome (lower hourly training rate may apply while completing certification)
✅ Understanding of ABA principles or a willingness to learn
✅ Reliable, patient, and compassionate team player
✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to follow treatment plans and stay organized
