Your Role
As a Senior Wealth Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the wealth management advisory team by driving portfolio management, financial planning, investment analysis, and identifying new opportunities to enhance client outcomes. You will work closely with advisors, the financial planning team, and the business development team, with limited client-facing interaction. We are hiring for one role and considering candidates in the Bellevue, WA, and Lehi, UT areas.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Portfolio Management & Trading: Ensure client portfolios are fully invested, manage rebalancing activities, and implement tax-loss harvesting strategies.
- Financial Planning & Tax Strategies: Support comprehensive planning efforts, including retirement, cash flow, estate, and tax planning, while collaborating with the broader planning team.
- Prospective Client Analysis: Evaluate prospective client portfolios, develop tailored proposals, and prepare recommendations to support business development initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Occasionally participate in client meetings alongside senior advisors as needed.
- Investment Vehicles: Work with a wide range of traditional public investments (stocks, bonds, ETFs, options) as well as private alternatives (private equity, private debt, private real estate) to build optimized portfolios.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the wealth management industry.
- Strong portfolio management and financial planning expertise.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
