Job Summary: The Growth Analyst on our Marketing Team is responsible for analyzing key performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective strategies that propel the company forward. Past experience with platforms such as Zocdoc, Marketo, Brevium, Phreesia, and Clara preferred. While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend up to two times a month in office cadence. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Standard Business Hours
Essential Functions:
- Manage overall platform usage and efficiency, serving as vendor key liaison, ensuring ongoing performance aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Manage marketing & growth budget allocation, employing data analytics to forecast expenditures and optimize resource allocation for maximum growth impact.
- Partner with operations and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, effectively communicate, and optimize growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, office workflows, physician referrals, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Implement data-driven insights to refine and enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies across various channels and platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within comprehensive marketing programs, provider programs and patient engagement initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends to drive business growth and expansion, inclusive of other medical specialties.
- Manage company sponsorships by identifying strategic partnership opportunities, and coordinating activation efforts to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence required. Previous healthcare industry experience and/or a growth-focused role is preferred.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate with various personnel in a healthcare environment such as providers, office staff, and central support teams.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
