Job Summary: SDG is looking for a Regional Manager to provide tactical leadership for the region to implement strategies that support Schweiger's mission. She/he will develop a team atmosphere that encourages office managers to meet and exceed company standards for customer service and efficiency.

The Regional Manager oversees 12-14 offices and its respective teams/processes that are essential to our success. A Regional Manager will build a team of capable and competent General Managers that can deliver on processes that are suited to a mid-sized company with outcomes to enhance and optimize operational performance of the Company.

This role requires weekly travel to regional office locations for in-person provider and staff check-ins and meetings.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Regional Manager include:

  • Build a capable and competent Regional Operations Team while working closely with multiple Operations Departments, HR, Billing, Accounting and respective providers and offices
  • Manage the overall operations of multiple office locations to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly
  • Achieve monthly office goals for each region set forth by company, and be able to create strategic plans to increase office revenue
  • Address and resolve conflicts that may arise
  • Promote a positive culture and build a company that has long-term sustainability
  • Obtain high levels of patient satisfaction across respective practices within the region
  • Achieve smooth running office level operations and autonomy
  • Achieve top line office level growth in all respective offices within the region

Specific attributes of the ideal candidate include the following:

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to patients, respective providers, and fellow colleagues by developing individual office teams
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity; ability to successfully handle and diffuse escalated situations immediately as they arise and handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team driven influential skills
  • Able to effectively plan and execute initiatives that are strategic/results oriented

Management Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience as a leader of multiple organizations or large areas of practice
  • Experience in dermatology/cosmetic healthcare, or general medical health services (preferred)
  • General management business mindset with the demonstrated combination of analytical, creative, and project management abilities across agencies
  • Experience growing reams and hiring the right people
  • Team oriented; ability to build trust and rapport to work effectively in a cross-functional organization
  • Excellent negotiating, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer, typing/keyboarding data entry skills; aptitude to effectively and efficiently navigate through all computer systems
  • P&L Reporting
  • Lean certification (preferred)

Reporting Relationship:

  • The Regional Manager will report to Director of Operations

  • This position will be based in the Long Island, NY area and Queens, NY!
