Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Plan and host biweekly virtual new hire trainings sessions
- Provide training on ModMed EHR and PM systems as well as ancillary SDG systems and processes
- Encourage participation and user engagement in virtual sessions through meaningful interaction and accountability measures
- Assist Training and Implementation Manager with various tasks related to a successful virtual training, including but not limited to: creation and distribution of customized schedules, interaction with new hires to ensure readiness and understanding of requirements, basic technical support, and proactive communication with the new hires’ managers
- · Integrate Acquired Offices to SDG structure and operating with autonomy at or beyond revenue
- Provide on-site training and go-live support, in collaboration with Integration Manager, for all roles: PC, MA, Providers and GM
- Fully integrate on systems and workflows front office in 10 business days, back office in 15 business days
- No integration team members on site needed after 5 business days
- Remote support not needed after 15 business days
- Travel to offices for pre-launch technical checks; Work with SDG departments and external vendors, as needed, to ensure ready for go-live
- Implement training material and workflows; Streamline processes and communications to improve the implementation experience and adoption
- Throughout all trainings and projects, confirm team progress and learning through follow-up trainings, communicating audit results, and on-going reassurance and responsiveness.
- Assist in the completion and prioritization of project tasks and communicate all status to the Training Manager and Integration Project Manager/s
- Identify and communicate potential issues that threaten to delay the project timeline; Problem-solve and implement solutions in collaboration with team
- Complete all project documentation to prepare for transition of the office to the Operations Team; Contribute to Transition Plan, Staff Evaluations and Follow Up Training Plans
- Offer administrative support to Integration Team
- Provide on-site training and go-live support, in collaboration with Integration Manager, for all roles: PC, MA, Providers and GM
- Integrate and Develop DeNovo Offices to operating under SDG guidelines with autonomy
- Work with the Integrations Team and other departments to facilitate a smooth opening for new offices; Work in the field and/or remotely for office set up and support as needed, during first 45 days - 30 days leading up to office opening and 15 days of followed support
- Train new staff in all roles of the office: PC, MA, Providers and GM
- Assist in carrying out vendor needs such as but not limited to construction, marketing, supplies and infrastructure
- Maintain and update checklists and documents for supply ordering, construction needs, budgets, expense reports, financial reporting, scheduling and timelines
- Implement auditing model and system for office staff to adhere to offer administrative support to Integration Team
- Support SDG Offices and Company Initiatives
- Serve as on-site support in offices as needed, including Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator responsibilities or General Manager support
- Provide training and retraining for office staff, providers and other roles as needed outside of an integration project
- Assist various SDG departments including Operations, IT, Marketing, and Patient Support Center on projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Practice Management and EMR experience, specifically ModMed EMA and PM
- 3+ years Medical Assistant or Office Support Role, preferably within a healthcare environment
- 1+ year of implementation or training experience preferred
- Driver’s License and travel required up to 50%; Ability to work with flexible schedules (nights and weekends)
- Willingness to learn and immerse into ModMed and other systems learning by using tools and support
- Self-starter, initiator, and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and talent for collaboration
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and quickly process information
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
