As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Hours: Monday – Friday (Normal Business Hours)

Salary: $65k-$75k + 3% annual bonus

A Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and delivering training programs that support employee development and align with company goals. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, designing instructional materials, and managing training logistics.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys, performance data, and collaboration with department leaders.
• Implement training courses and materials, both in-person and online.
• Schedule and coordinate on the job training, manage logistics, and maintain records on training activities.
• Facilitate onboarding and compliance training for new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback and analyzing outcomes, then update materials as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in training, facilitation, or curriculum development.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups and foster a positive learning environment.

• Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey training content
• Familiarity with learning management systems and corporate training standards.
