Overview
- The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy that positions the organization as an employer of choice across the Americas. This leader will be responsible for shaping how we identify, attract, and retain top talent worldwide through innovative sourcing methodologies, programmatic resourcing models, and the design of long-term talent pipelines
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Define and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning needs across multiple geographies.
- Programmatic Resourcing: Develop frameworks for consistent, efficient, and sustainable hiring programs, leveraging technology, automation, and partnerships to meet hiring demand.
- Innovative Sourcing: Introduce and institutionalize progressive sourcing practices, including AI-enabled tools, advanced digital channels, military and academic partnerships, and non-traditional talent pools.
- Pipeline Development: Build proactive pipelines for critical roles and emerging skills, ensuring readiness for both immediate needs and future growth.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a regional team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Strengthen the organization’s employer brand globally while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Data & Insights: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality of hire.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with executives, HR leaders, and business units to anticipate workforce needs and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, with a proven track record at a senior level in global organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing international talent strategies across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing practices, talent intelligence, and workforce technology platforms.
- Experience in building programmatic resourcing models and leading large-scale recruiting operations.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives, boards, and global business partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Location & Reporting
This role will involve collaboration with stakeholders across the globe and will report directly to the EVP of Human Resources. Whilst the position is remote, travel to key markets will be required.
