Position Overview: The Data Center AI/Liquid Cooling Curriculum Developer is a visionary learning architect responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge educational programs focused on data center AI applications, liquid cooling technologies, and standard facilities operations. This role bridges advanced data center innovations with hands-on learning outcomes—ensuring technicians, engineers, and operations staff are equipped to lead in the era of high-density, AI-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
· Curriculum Design and Development
· Create, structure, and continuously improve comprehensive curriculum modules on:
· AI-driven data center operations
· Liquid cooling systems: direct-to-chip, immersion, cold plate, thermal management, and sustainability
· Core facilities protocols: power, cooling, environmental controls, and incident response
· Develop practical lesson plans, interactive labs, assessment tools, certification pathways, and multimedia resources.
· Incorporate latest technologies, best practices, and future trends in AI and cooling.
· Collaboration & Research
· Partner with subject matter experts, instructors, vendors, and facility operators to identify current and emerging topics for inclusion.
· Conduct ongoing research into industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations relevant to liquid cooling and AI operations.
· Integrate real-world case studies, hands-on simulations, and ROI considerations to enhance applied learning.
· Evaluation and Iteration
· Assess curriculum effectiveness through feedback from learners, instructors, and technical staff.
· Update and iterate materials to reflect new technologies and methodologies.
· Measure program impact on technician competence, operational efficiency, and sustainability goals.
· Instructional Leadership
· Support and advise instructional teams on teaching methodologies, technical accuracy, and learner engagement.
· Serve as a curriculum champion at workshops, launch events, and within global training networks.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, instructional design, computer science, or related discipline.
· Experience in curriculum development for technical or engineering subjects.
· Deep understanding of data center operations, liquid cooling technologies, and/or AI workloads.
· Proficiency in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
· Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
