As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce and Certinia Developer to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Normal Business Hours CST or ETS)
Salary: $90-$120k/yr
Salesforce and Certinia Developer
The Salesforce and Certinia Developer will be responsible for analyzing users’ needs while designing and developing improvements/enhancements to meet those needs within the Salesforce and Certinia platform. Additionally, the role will assist with the maintenance and continuous improvement of both platforms, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating requirements into working software by writing code, designing and building components.
- Thoroughly testing software, identifying and resolving bugs and ensuring quality.
- Working with product teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Documenting code, design decisions and software systems to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as required.
- Maintaining existing software, implementing updates and ensuring systems remain functional.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Staying current in new technologies and software development practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong experience in Salesforce and Certinia.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and implement them effectively.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a professional services or SaaS environment.
- Previous experience working within financial systems.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
