Job Description:
Are you a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data center operations and a passion for developing impactful training solutions? We're seeking a Director of FMO Customer Training Solutions to drive our training and sales pipeline for new data center clients.
In this pivotal role, you'll be an integral part of the pre-sales process, collaborating with our sales team during client acquisition. You'll lead the charge in managing, creating, and selling customized training programs to new clients, ensuring training costs are covered and robust plans are in place before contracts are won. Utilizing the Docebo Learning Management System, you'll craft tailored learning experiences that meet specific client requirements. Post-sale, you'll partner with our Training and Onboarding team, guaranteeing a seamless transition for new hires and ongoing training success.
Experience and Requirements:
- Data Center Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of facilities systems, solid grasp of operational principles, and familiarity with safety and compliance standards
Training & Development Leadership: Proven experience designing and implementing effective training programs.
Sales & Business Acumen: Knowledge of the sales process for data center client acquisition and strong business development skills.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated team leadership skills and a collaborative spirit.
LMS Proficiency: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Docebo.
Third-Party Curriculum Experience: Experience teaching and evaluating third-party curricula (e.g., CNET) is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Must have a dedicated home office that is conducive to daily responsibilities.
- Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals; must be able to follow verbal and written instructions/directions and respond to inquiries.
- Must be able to move about the work area and travel to work-sites as needed or required. This position has approximately 25% travel.
