Core Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-Sales and Bid Support

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand operational models, staffing plans, and training requirements.
  • Design and propose customized training solutions aligned with client scope, SLAs, and timelines.

Training Program Design and Configuration

  • Develop customized learning plans and curricula based on client-specific requirements and job roles.
  • Configure and manage client learning paths within the Docebo learning management system.
  • Align proposed training solutions with existing catalog offerings, 3rd-party curriculum (e.g., CNet) where appropriate, and bespoke content as needed.
  • Ensure all proposed programs account for data center facilities systems, safety/compliance requirements, and operational principles.

Post-Sales Transition and Delivery Support

  • Serve as the training point of contact during the transition from contract win to onboarding and early operations.
  • Partner with the Training and Onboarding team to translate contract commitments into executable training plans and schedules.
  • Monitor the early phases of training delivery for new clients and escalate risks, gaps, or client concerns as needed.
  • Support ongoing client relationship management related to training performance, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, internal Sales, Operations, and Training teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on training strategy, talent development, and long-term organizational learning paths.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on training pipeline status, key deals, and performance against targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Experience and Knowledge

  • Data center operations experience required, including:
  • Understanding of facilities systems (electrical, mechanical, cooling, life safety).
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of operational principles for 24/7, up-time focused facilities.
  • Experience in training management, talent development, or organizational learning.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The base salary range for this role starts at $130,000 per year. This reflects a goodfaith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
