WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a competitive and experienced Customer Solutions Executive Lead to help us grow our business. The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, forecasting, negotiating deals, and closing business. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the challenge of reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and discuss our solutions, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us to meet and surpass business objectives and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustained growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Identify and develop new business from phone, trade show, email, and other communication methods
  • Proactively make a high volume of calls/emails to book appointments with prospects
  • Deliver product demonstrations, both virtually and onsite for industry decision-makers
  • Represent RealTime at trade shows, which may require travel to various areas of the country
  • Generate quotes and proposals and maintain follow-up communication to close sales
  • Meet monthly and quarterly new sales goals
  • Perform the role of team lead, for peers on the sales team

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Must have sales experience in SaaS
  • Experience in the clinical trial industry
  • Understanding of sales strategies and negotiating techniques
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree

WHAT SETS YOU APART?

  • Management or team lead experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce
