What’s the Opportunity?
We're looking for an Account Executive to become a key player on our growing sales team! Account Executives are responsible for acquiring new customers and hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. We're looking for someone with a high level of business acumen, grit, and influence to pursue prospective customers, effectively negotiate software subscription-based contracts, and manage the overall sales journey for each opportunity in your sales pipeline.
This is a true ‘hunter, finder, and closer’ position—where you’ll proactively identify new business opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and consistently close deals to drive meaningful revenue growth.
This role also requires a hyper-focus on tracking key results and activities that lead to a sale. The position is well compensated with a base salary plus commission and hybrid work options, and a chance to grow together with your team - both personally and as a company!

About you:

Most likely, you have been exposed to (or have experienced) organizational topics like employee engagement, performance management, feedback, employee appreciation, and turnover – the good, the bad, the ugly. We’re here to make work better.
You’re a relationship builder and teacher. You are good with people, even the most difficult. You know that relationships are built on credibility and trust, and both of those take time to cultivate. Relationships for you are not about saying yes or just being nice, but about finding common ground.
You’re tactical, yet strategic. You’ve been told before you’re a doer. You enjoy creating and completing to-do lists and understanding the next steps. But you also know the importance of big-picture thinking.
You’re analytical. You dig spreadsheets – at least some of the time. You like to look for trends and uncover the hidden insights that may help shape the story to tell in the marketplace.
You thrive on making a difference. Presenting ideas, insights, or ideas in the moment to executives isn’t intimidating because you know the difference it will make if we can continue the conversation.
You can influence those around you. You are effective at sharing insights and coaching executives on why they should set up a product demo with us. Delivering effective messages is easy for you because you’ve prepared.
You’re comfortable with challenges. Being accountable for aggressive sales revenue and related activity goals excites you. You are not frustrated by the ups and downs of sales. You know that sometimes the best-laid plans go astray. You take that as a challenge to get back on track.
You’re a team player. You realize that building success in sales requires the strengths, expertise, and collaboration of the greater team. You go out of your way to ensure ideas, decisions, and plans are well communicated and understood by those you work with closely.
What you will get to do in this role:
- Prospect and Engage. Build pipelines through networking, cold calling, and pursuing inbound leads.
- Drive Sales. Manage a robust pipeline from prospecting to the close, hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Deliver Demos. Present tailored product demos showcasing how our solutions address customer challenges.
- Negotiate Contracts. Lead contract discussions with key stakeholders, ensuring win-win agreements.
- Collaborate. Work with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences and secure deals.
You have:
- 2-3 years of past BDR/SDR experience where you learned how to generate an outbound pipeline
- Outbound sales experience, ideally SaaS and/or within the HR field
- Working for a software startup
- Working with HubSpot (or another CRM)
