Summary
As a Scrum Master, you will be the "facilitator-in-chief" for our agile teams, responsible for running 1-2 Scrum teams made up of 7-9 members each. You are a coach who empowers the team to own their process, fosters a high-performing environment, and ensures that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted.

You are a coach who empowers the team to own their process, fosters a high-performing environment, and ensures that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments or blockers to keep the teams highly productive and help them meet their Sprint goals.
- Partner with Product Owners to assist with backlog grooming, prioritize tasks, and ensure business objectives are understood in features and user stories.
- Track team progress and productivity using data (such as velocity, burn-down charts, volatility, predictability, and cycle time) to help the team reflect and continuously improve.
- Provide servant leadership, guiding the team toward self-organization, cross-functionality, and incorporating Agile/Scrum best practices.
- 3+ years of measurable experience working directly in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven experience running 1-2 Scrum teams (7-9 members each) concurrently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello, including the ability to create dashboards, filters, and reports.
- Solid, applied understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to accurately track, report, and facilitate the resolution of specific issues, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Holding a recognized Agile certification, such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM I/II.
- Possessing a relevant Cloud Certification.
- Exceptional soft skills, specifically demonstrating empathy, active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in successfully guiding teams through the "forming, storming, norming, and performing" stages to achieve sustainable predictability and meet commitments consistently.
