The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform that improve business performance. The role focuses primarily on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities, Integrating Async/Sync with external systems and downstream channels, enabling organizations to optimize sales processes, strengthen customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.
This position partners closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technology leaders to design scalable, secure, and high-impact Salesforce architectures that support enterprise needs.

What you will do:
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead technical design sessions to define and document Salesforce-based architecture and solution blueprints aligned with product goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Design scalable, high-performing solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Define integration architectures between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Architect solutions capable of handling large data volumes, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Define coding standards, enforce design patterns, and conduct code reviews to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
- Oversee the development lifecycle including configuration, customization and release management.
- Design and implement data architecture strategies including data modeling, migration, governance, and quality management.
- Integration & Infrastructure
- Lead integration initiatives between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms.
- Understand and suggest technical scalable event-driven integrations.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce engineering initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions and present architecture solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes, tech delivery methodologies, and platform technical health.
- Collaborate with DevOps and release management teams to ensure reliable deployments and stable production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices for Salesforce development.
- Architect AI-powered solutions integrated with Salesforce using tools such as Einstein GPT, Einstein Discovery, and CRM Analytics.
- Design AI pipelines including model lifecycle management, versioning, retraining, and monitoring.
- Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives leveraging Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning frameworks.
- 8+ Years of Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Proven track record across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Advanced Technical Development: 8+ years of hands-on development in Apex, LWC, and Flow, focusing on high-performance code and automating complex business processes.
- Full-Stack AI Implementation: 1+ years of practical experience deploying Einstein GPT and Einstein Discovery to drive predictive insights and generative AI productivity.
- Enterprise Integration & Middleware: 5+ years managing REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft/Dell Boomi) to synchronize data across fragmented tech stacks.
- Data Governance & Analytics: 5+ years of expertise in large-scale data modeling and governance, utilizing CRM Analytics to deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Modern DevOps & Agile Delivery: 4+ years of experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines and version control systems within Jira-driven Agile environments to reduce deployment cycle times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a career related to the field.
- An ability to demonstrate successful performance of our Success Profile skills, including:
- Multi-Platform Fluency: Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, or Google Cloud Platform for off-platform processing.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations across Sales and Service organizations.
- Hands-on experience implementing omni-channel routing, knowledge management, and customer self-service portals.
- Strong experience designing AI-powered CRM solutions and predictive analytics platforms.
- 1+ Years of Data Cloud unifying the profiles.
- Experience building microservices-based architectures using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or MQTT.
- Expertise designing event-driven architectures and modern cloud-native integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, influence architectural strategy, and drive technical innovation across large organizations.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
