The House Accounts Account Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle by building client relationships as a trusted advisor. This position demonstrates expertise of customer accounts, collaborating with EFX resources efficiently to ensure clients are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions, and seeking opportunities to increase value within the relationship.

You aren’t just a point of contact; you are a consultant who ensures our solutions are deeply embedded in the client’s HR workflow.

What you will do:

  • You will own the post-sales relationship for a designated book of business, navigating the complexities of HR technology, payroll integrations, and compliance services (such as The Work Number, Unemployment Cost Management, and Form I-9 Management).
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure 95%+ retention rates.
  • Develop relationships with clients by understanding client industry, business issues and short/long range needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Equifax solutions, client base, and best practices.
  • Educate clients on business value of solutions and application of best practices.
  • Seek opportunities to grow existing revenue annually within the client environment.
  • Act as the internal "voice of the customer," collaborating with Operations and Product teams to resolve complex service issues or data discrepancies.
  • Provide business insights through client value presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other methods to demonstrate ROI, share industry benchmarking, and align Equifax solutions with the client’s evolving HR goals.

What experience you need:

  • 2-5 years of account management or related account retention experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, benefits, or related employer services solutions
  • Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable commanding a room of C-suite or VP-level HR stakeholders

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68,000 to $85,000.
