The Customer Success Manager - Mortgage is responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with the customer to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions, as well as driving product adoption and retention.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Growth & Retention: Proactively manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle to drive adoption, maximize net retention, and secure renewals by optimizing the overall customer experience
  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, developing tailored customer success plans and educating them on the long-term business value of Equifax solutions
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary "connecting thread" between clients and internal teams (Sales, Product, and COEs) to ensure seamless execution across the customer journey
  • Monitor Customer Health: Track and maintain account health metrics, partnering with Account Executives to lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate ROI
  • Advocate for the Client: Drive internal advocacy by utilizing the "Voice of the Customer" to resolve complex issues and influence product roadmaps to better meet client needs
  • Ensure Value Realization: Support clients through the transition from acquisition to full-scale usage, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes and realize maximum value from our solutions

What Experience You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, or other client-facing sales role
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and processes
  • Experience promoting value through the customer experience
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $89,020.00 to $111,280.00. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program at approximately 15%. The application window is anticipated to close on Monday, March 30, 2026.
