As the Business Architect for AI Strategy & Operations Transformation, you will be the primary architect of our future operating model. Reporting into the Operations Technology leadership, you will act as the strategic engine that identifies, defines, and orchestrates high-impact AI and Hyperautomation initiatives.
Your mission is not to build the tools, but to design the business logic and governance frameworks that allow our AI Engineering and Data Architecture teams to build with precision. You will own the "Value Journey"—from initial process discovery to the final measurement of OpEx reduction and efficiency gains.
What You’ll Do
- Operating Model Design: Lead the redesign of core business processes to leverage AI-native workflows. You will define how humans and AI agents interact to achieve enterprise goals, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy operations to modernized states.
- Strategic Requirement Orchestration: Act as the critical translator between business stakeholders and technical execution teams. You will define the high-level business logic, guardrails, and functional requirements that our Engineers and Master Data Architects use to build scalable solutions.
- Value Realization & KPI Accountability: You are the owner of the "Success Metric." You will establish the baseline for current operations and be accountable for the post-implementation measurement of OpEx reduction and process throughput.
- AI Governance & Ethics Leadership: Define the business-side governance for AI agents. You will establish the "rules of the road" for how AI handles business data and decision-making, ensuring all automated outcomes align with Equifax's risk and compliance standards.
- Adoption & Change Orchestration: Drive the "Last Mile" of transformation. You will partner with business leaders to ensure new capabilities are adopted effectively, managing the cultural and operational shifts required to realize full ROI.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Operations Transformation, or Strategic Program Leadership.
- Proven Strategy Execution: A track record of leading large-scale transformation efforts that resulted in measurable OpEx improvements.
- Expertise in Process Engineering: Advanced skills in identifying friction in complex workflows and reimagining them through the lens of modern technology (RPA, AI, ML).
- Orchestration Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional squads (Business, Legal, Security, and Engineering) toward a unified strategic goal.
- Agentic Strategy: A deep understanding of the "Agentic Workflow" (how AI agents can perform multi-step tasks) and the ability to design the business logic that governs them.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience in building complex business cases and managing the financial health of a transformation portfolio.
- Systems Thinking: The ability to see "connection points" across disparate business units to create a unified, enterprise-wide automation ecosystem.
