As Senior Director, Non-Mortgage Tactical Pricing, you will be reporting to the VP USIS Pricing, BI, and Bureau Leaders, and lead the deal-based, tactical pricing team working closely with the all Non-Mortgage Revenue Leaders as well as their sales leadership. This role will require depth in USIS Non-Mortgage products and lines of business and will have a high impact based on driving deep analysis in support of price optimization/value-based selling.

- Lead 5+ member tactical pricing team focused on new business opportunities, optimizing pricing and terms for customer opportunities, and optimizing the renewals workflow.
- Strong partnership and collaboration with the Revenue Leaders to optimize customer price points across indirect and direct markets and drive deal engagement among key internal stakeholders for Major deal opportunities.
- Engage with the legal organization in establishing contract terms which will best protect contract/pricing value.
- Support annual price increase programs, including billing table management, sales education, and customer communication and exception management.
- Partner with Finance Revenue SFOs to drive deal pricing strategies tied to growth targets and optimization of growth KPIs.
- Drive continued enhancement of pricing and revenue reporting and KPI scorecards reflecting pricing actions.
- Support deployment of new CPQ / Billing systems for Non-Mortgage business (as needed).
- 10+ years experience deploying profit optimizing monetization strategies in a multi-channel B2B environment
- 2+ years regularly presented to analytics to senior leaders communicating with senior leaders
- 2+ years experience with new CPQ / Billing System implementations
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data into strategic and tactical recommendations and drive flawless execution
- Strategy or Pricing Consultancy experience a plus
- Less than 10% travel
