What you will do:
- Build partnerships with HR Business Partners and management for successful execution of talent management programs.
- Drive change through working in the execution of Talent Management multiple programs which may include Speaker Series, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee and Talent Engagement and Assessments.
- Assess and analyze ROI on programs to help determine necessary updates, enhancements or necessary changes.
- Apply expertise and leadership across a broad spectrum of talent management disciplines to drive business success.
- Deploy talent programs through the HR Business Partners. Provide Consultation to both HRBP's and management to drive successful talent management.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight.
- Applies a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems.
- Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer operational, process, or project activities.
- Develops work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity.
- A dedicated professional with a solid academic background or equivalent industry experience.
- Fully proficient in English (B2 level), ensuring seamless professional interaction.
