The Intermediate Vendor Master Data Analyst is responsible for executing new and updating Vendor Master Data requests through the Vendor Master Data Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Execute Vendor Master Data creation and maintenance requests
• Understand and apply all the local process exceptions and taxes defined by country to process their new and updated Vendor Master Data requests
• Escalate Vendor Master Data process and/or system issues with Management
• Perform Vendor Master Data clean up
• Handle Internal/External Audit non routine requests
  
  

What experience you need to be eligible:

• English proficiency (B2-C1).
• Portuguese proficiency (B2-C1).
• 1-2 years Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable experience.
• 1-2 year Excel/ Google Sheets experience.
• University Accounting, Finances, Business Administration Student or Accounting Vocational / Technical School graduate.
