The Sr. Benefits Analyst has the opportunity to manage the administration, reporting and compliance of a variety of Health & Welfare and Retirement benefits, along with supporting the VP of Benefits with strategic design and implementation of new benefits for US and Canada. You’ll have the opportunity to work on an array of projects supporting the total well-being of employees to Live Our Best!

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our global corporate HQ in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. (This is not a fully-remote role). This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

What You Will Do
- Liaise with our 3rd party partners and vendors supporting US & Canada Health & Welfare offerings
- Ensure Benefits policies and processes remain updated
- Support benefits strategy and plan design initiatives
- Utilize and ensure the accuracy of data to inform program effectiveness/opportunities
- Play a critical role in the planning, review and execution of Annual Enrollment and post-enrollment activities
- Partner with the Well-being Coordinator and Wellbeing Champions network for total well-being programming ownership
- Support compliance of benefit programs to ensure adherence is maintained with all regulatory bodies and activities including annual plan audits
- Support financial monitoring processes
- Assist in the coordination and execution of communication materials
- Lead the administration and compliance of 401(k), Canada Retirement and Employee Stock Purchase programs
- Assist in Leave of Absence and pension-related tasks, as needed
- Assist with Special Projects, as needed
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
- Proficient in Excel. Experience with Google Sheets and Workday preferred
- 3-5 years of Employee Benefits experience
- Excellent analytical, inquisitive thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating strong partnership with stakeholders inside HR and across the organization
- Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple assignments successfully at once in a supportive, fast paced and changing environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
- Ability to work independently
