The Automation Delivery Manager will manage the day-to-day tactical functions associated with automation programs and this includes planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring RPA projects Provide leadership and technical expertise to a team of analyst as it relates processes automations and productivity.

Work closely with IT to ensure that applications support continuous improvements around quality, cycle time and operating efficiency. Interact with customers as it relates to data integrity, data operations processes, reporting methods and troubleshooting/problem-solving in a timely manner

What you’ll do:

Delivery and Project Management:

• Lead the full project lifecycle for AI and Agentic AI automation initiatives, from initial discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, utilizing Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) where appropriate.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with complex AI deployments, focusing on data quality, model performance, ethical AI guidelines, and integration challenges.
• Ensure the quality of all automation deliverables, adhering to best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
  
  

Technical and Strategic Oversight:

• Provide expertise and guidance on the technical implementation of AI technologies, including Machine Learning (ML) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., multi-agent systems, autonomous decision-making loops).
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Data Scientists to define the optimal technical solutions and infrastructure required to support scalable and resilient automation.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation to continuously refine our delivery capabilities and solution offerings.
  
  

Team and Stakeholder Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse, high-performing team of developers, data scientists, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and critical issues clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to capture requirements and align on solution designs.
  
  

What Experience You Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including a strong background in both functional and technical solution architecture for RPA teams and projects.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT project management or technical delivery, with at least 2 years focused on AI, ML, or advanced automation (e.g., RPA, intelligent automation).
• Proven ability to successfully manage project teams and plans, and deliver against key milestones.

• Strong understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle (MLOps) and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with core concepts of Agentic AI, including planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use by autonomous software agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
