What You’ll Do

• Reliability Management: Manage system uptime across cloud-native (AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
• Infrastructure as Code: Build reusable IaC patterns using Terraform and Cloud SDKs to meet security standards.
• CI/CD Engineering: Design and maintain robust pipelines using Jenkins and cloud-native toolchains for seamless deployments.
• Incident Response: Lead triage for complex distributed architectures; participate in on-call rotations for high-severity incidents and drive MTTR reduction.
• Operational Engineering: Replace manual "toil" with automated tooling and lead blameless postmortems to prevent recurrence.
  
  

What Experience You Need

• Education: BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 7–10 years in technical roles (Software Engineering or Systems Administration) with at least 4 years specifically managing production environments in AWS or GCP.
• Coding Proficiency: Strong experience in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java) and shell scripting (Bash).
• Orchestration: Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) and configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Observability: Proven experience with monitoring and logging stacks (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK) to ensure SLO/SLI compliance.
