What you’ll do:

• Provide specialty support for configuration management systems, and cloud enabled solutions.
• Automate capabilities into the overall platform
• Ensure service uptimes, response times, and other KPIs are met
• Assist in designing and delivering resilient systems and configurations
• Document systems, processes, incidents, and changes
• Assist business partners with technical initiatives
• Support and drive cloud initiatives
• May be required to carry a duty pager and provide off-hours support
  
  

What experience you need:

• BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required
• 1-3 years of experience working on Automation capabilities in cloud platforms GCP , AWS or Azure using programming languages or scripting such as Python, Ruby, Powershell, YAML, JSON, Shell Scripting
• 1-3 years of experience with databases such as Postgres or firebase
• 1-3 years experience working with AWS/GCP or any public cloud platforms
• 1+ years experience with modern software development life cycles including CI/CD preferably Jenkins and Github
• 1-3 years working on development and/or administrative support of infrastructure OS such as Linux & Windows (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu & Windows)

• Familiar with configuration management toolsets (CHEF, Ansible, Puppet)
• Knowledge of source code management, continuous integration/continuous delivery solutions (Github, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins)
